Who We Are

Since 1999, Powerpump Engineering has specialised in repairing and refurbishing submersible and surface pumps of all types and makes.

Our team brings over 100 years of expertise in pump engineering and business management, guided by experienced directors Graziana “Nokkie” Mokhele, Louis Naude, and Leonie Van Graan.

Relocating to 105 Paul Smit Road, Anderbolt, Boksburg, in 2021, allowed us to expand our workshop and workforce, positively contributing to job creation in South Africa.

With a BBBEE Level 2 rating and 51% Black Women Ownership (BWO) status, we remain committed to empowering disadvantaged communities, including our support for Boy's and Girl's Town initiatives.

Our ISO 9001:2015 and Flame Proof Certification ensure we maintain the highest quality standards, delivering excellence in every project.

LEONIE VAN GRAAN
A non-executive member and shareholder within PPE, Leonie is a qualified accountant by profession – bringing the much-needed  gender diversity to the team.

Leonie is tasked with the financial soundness of the business and the statutory conformity and compliance required in the practice and within the industry.

She is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate with public accounting experience and a valuable member of the management team....

LOUIS NAUDE
LOUIS NAUDE
A multi-skilled generalist with a vast experience and factory training in the assembly and the repair of submersible pump, Louis ensures quality repair and testing fixed pumps, timeous delivery of finished work to clients and general adherence to highly quality standards of work processes within PPE.

He has an interest and commitment to training and skills transfer.
Louis has more than 30 years of pump engineering training experience and this stands him in good stead when attending technical queries and breakdowns on and off site....
LOUIS NAUDE

GRAZIANA “NOKKIE”MOKHELE
GRAZIANA “NOKKIE”MOKHELE

Fondly known as "Nokkie", she started her career in the insurance industry as a sales consultant then later an insurance broker, through her hard work and dedication, worked her way up to branch manager level.

To add to her versatility she then joined the Power Pump engineering team in 2015.

Having joined as administrative support and trained in-house to understandthe businesses' intricacies.

She later assumed the role of a senior planning manager and a signatory in the financial matters of PPE.

Nokkie was admitted into upper management as a board member in 2008 by acquiring 25.1% shareholding.

She currently holds a 51% shareholding in the business amongst her many hats in the company Nokkie heads the administrative and sales department handling general representative duties to both new and existing clients....
